All components of the Multikom system are covered by a 24-month warranty, with the option to extend it to 60 months. During the warranty period, users have access to a service request system that is serviced according to the required SLA. Elvys also provides access to telephone support, which allows for quick consultation for diagnostics and resolution of any issues encountered.
